“Cyborg” people’s deputy Roman Kostenko (Golos faction) said that those with limited fitness in Ukraine are sent to storm enemy positions.
According to him, when establishing partial suitability, the military registration and enlistment office is obliged to assign the conscript to a rear position. But in fact this does not happen.
“He is only partially suitable for the military registration and enlistment office. When he gets into the Armed Forces, this issue disappears there. Any commander has the right to put him in any position… And then they call me and say: I’m already an attack aircraft, although I can’t take over for myself and put on a bulletproof vest, because I just can’t carry it. And this problem exists,” says Kostenko.
He believes that if people continue to be “deceived” in this way, then “others will no longer come” to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
